Please schedule dates and times with Jan via phone. Prepayment is required for Phone Sessions and Intensive Retreats.

Cancellation policy:  Please cancel appointments by telephone.  Cancellation notifications received 24 or more hours before scheduled appointment time will be refunded in full.  50% of your fee will be refunded if the cancelleation is received less than 24 hours in advance. A 5% service fee applies to online refunds.
